1.       Definition

By understanding the condition of the community, experts in the health sector can provide programs that are more effective for the community

3)      Market Research Survey

Conducting market research using online surveys is one of the fastest and most optimal ways of conducting market research, whether it's to plan new product concepts, gather feedback on existing products, measure the level of public awareness regarding their brands, and to improve level of customer loyalty.

4)      Employee Satisfaction Survey

Other important information that can be known from the employee satisfaction survey is complaints and input from employees, and feedback after undergoing a training program. By knowing employee complaints, leaders and managers can create training programs and allocate their funds for better employee development, so that quality employees can be retained.

5)      Event Planning Survey
